Kepping track of Federal and State exam findings & recommendations as well as remediation items from External, Internal and Industry-specific audits and assessments is typically done with a stack of spreadsheets and a prayer. Remediation Management is accomplished through the Dashboard and Reporting. Items can be displayed via Chart or Text display. In Chart mode, just click on any bar to launch the list and click on an item. Automated email notifications keep you in the loop as Due Dates approach.
Remediation Items can be set up for any audit, assessment, review or test. They can be associated with a Program or with a single Test Step.
CreateRemediation items simply by checking the Remediation Required box for an individual test step or for an entire program. AssignResource(s), enter the Due Date, Criticality, Attach files, Email the remediation Item if desired and even enter & track Time & Cost if desired.

CREATE REMEDIATION ITEM
Resolve an item simply by filling in the Resolution comments and mark the item as complete. If it's an item that takes a great deal of time, the % Complete can be entered during the course of the remediation. Files can be attached and the entire resolution item can be emailed to anyone if desired.
